Four ways your session gets paid for

Prices are shown in your own currency before you confirm anything, and a session never starts with a surprise.

Pay as you go

One session at a time. Top up a wallet by card, bank transfer or mobile money and book when you need to.

Subscribe

A monthly plan with a set number of sessions and unlimited secure messaging, for anyone in it for the longer stretch.

Use your cover

Employer programme, NGO or government cohort, or an insurer. Eligibility is checked before you book, not after.

Ask for support

Financial aid and reduced rates exist, and applying for them is private. Nobody you book with sees that you did.

Session fees are set by each professional and shown on their profile. Currencies supported: NGN, KES, ZAR, GHS, USD, EUR.

For organisations

Seats, and one platform fee

Platform fee — 5% of service spend

Shown on every transaction: gross fee, platform fee, net to provider. On ₦10,000,000 of sessions that is ₦500,000, and ₦9,500,000 reaches practitioners.

Payment processing — at cost

Card top-ups carry the gateway fee (around 1.5%, capped) plus VAT and the electronic transfer levy, itemised before you confirm. Bank transfer is free.

Unused allowance is never charged. Money only leaves the wallet when a beneficiary actually books a service.
